Eczema and rashes
The eczema refers to a set of dermatological conditions that are characterized by a redness of the affected area and present a scaly process with a lot of itching. They can spread easily and quickly to other areas of the body. It can evolve acutely or chronically and recurrently with outbreaks, especially eczema with genetic predisposition. Although the mechanisms involved in each type of eczema are different, there is always an alteration in the white blood cells that causes an abnormal immune reaction to external substances.
The main causes that can cause eczema are:

- Atopic eczema: it is generally characterized by scaly, red and itchy lesions, mainly in the joints. Is usually associated with different processes in allergic such as asthma, urticaria, allergic rhinitis and skin dryness.

- Seborrheic eczema: it can occur in both children and adults. In the small ones usually it appears during the first months of life in the scalp (cradle) and the zone of the diaper. In adults, it occurs mostly on the face, ears and scalp but can also occur in other areas of the body. It is characterized by showing a whitish-yellowish flakes on a reddish area.
